Payments are charged when?
Initially you will pay an initial enrollment fee of $249.00 and $149.00 monthly. Five to fifteen days after choosing our service, we charge our first work cost. This initial work fee, which is used to set up your account, is charged at the beginning and afterwards the $149.00 will be charged into your monthly billing cycle. This initial enrollment fee also involves compiling your credit data, reviewing and selecting your challenge justifications, creating a special plan for your particular circumstance, and even initiating the first round of communication with the credit bureaus and your creditors. Thirty days after the initial enrollment fee the majority of our work will involve retrieving the most recent credit reports, keeping an eye on your credit, evaluating responses from the bureaus, and more.
Like regular utilities, we only bill and charge you for work that has been done also bill and charge you after service is delivered. This also implies that even in the event of cancellation, you will still get a final bill and charge from us.
What occurs when a payment is not honored?
We will charge the payment again and add a $19.00 late fee if your bank or credit card company returns or otherwise fails to honor a payment. Until payment is received, we will make additional attempts to charge again your account over the course of a 30-day period. Your case will be suspended until new payment arrangements can be established if your payment has not been received after 30 days.
